1988 - Marie Edith Jean decides to found an organization
allowing young children to explore and develop their
talents while learning
about Haitian culture.
1991 - Tonel Lakay hosts its first show at St. Theresa Church of Avila.
1993 - Tonel Lakay became incorporated.
